Member Services Call Center: EMS is staffed with a team of experienced telephone and online customer service representatives. Associations can offer toll-free telephone access, online real-time help or both. Additionally, questions can be emailed to our staff 24 hours a day.
Fulfillment Kits & Mailing: Through its relationship history with a number of printing and design companies, EMS can assist in the development, printing, collating and mass mailing of membership kits, newsletters, invoices etc. Because of our existing clientele, pricing on all of these services is extremely competitive.
Member Billing: Associations will most likely add new members and renew existing members throughout the life of its incorporation. EMS can handle processing applications via the Internet or mail. The payment of these applications can be done through credit card, electronic fund transfer (EFT), money orders, or checks. The billing department can take care of cancellations and refunds as well.
