Essential Member Services (EMS) is a management firm that provides full consulting, administrative and technical services to Associations and other member groups. In addition to providing complete management support for Associations, EMS occupies a special niche in the Association service industry resulting from our unique background and knowledge concerning industry and the products and services desired by association members.
Insurance, whether it’s major medical, short term medical, life, etc., is usually subject to numerous regulations, often varying from state to state. Yet an insurance product(s) is often the crown benefit in an Association’s package of benefits. It is likely to be one of the benefits members desire most. That is why so many Associations find it comforting to rely on EMS’s experience and expertise in working with Associations and insurance companies to assure that the Association’s insurance benefit(s) is handled just right.
